Terms Of Use
Please read this Terms of Use. By using TheArcLink Incorporated's ("TheArcLink") website, TheArcLink.org (the
"Site"), and its services, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use, as it may be modified from time to time.
By continuing to use the Site after changes are made, you accept those changes. If you do not agree with the
Terms of Use at any time, you should immediately quit using this Site. If you do not understand the Terms of
Use ask someone who does to read and explain it to you.
1. You must verify information. You are responsible for selecting services and making decisions concerning
the care of any individual. The Site is designed to help you to acquire information you need to make your

4.1 Content on Communities. TheArcLink does not routinely screen, edit or review messages posted on
TheArcLink.org Communities. You are solely responsible for your postings to the Communities and the consequences
of any messages. TheArcLink reserves the right to monitor or remove any post, at any time, from the Site
without notice. You should be aware that other users of the Site may not be who they say they are. TheArcLink
does not perform a background check on any user. Others may attempt to use TheArcLink's Communities for
personal gain or harassment; therefore, approach messages with caution. Messages posted on the Communities
may be misleading, defective or in error. If you disagree with a posting, you may post a response, but refrain
from personally attacking the person making a posting. TheArcLink's policy is to allow members to discuss issues
in a free and open manner. We do not take sides in disagreements or disputes. Do not ask us to do so.
4.2 Your Obligations with Respect to Content. In distributing or posting your content and using the Site you
agree not to: (a) infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right or rights
of publicity or privacy; (b) violate any applicable law or regulation; (c) make any harassing, defamatory or
libelous comments; (d) be threatening, indecent, obscene or pornographic, (e) upload any files, macros, programs
or the like which contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer
programming routines that damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any
computer, system, data or personal information. By using the Site, you also agree not to distribute unsolicited
commercial messages ("spam"), inappropriate or off-topic messages, or take any other action which imposes an
unreasonable or large load on our infrastructure, such as bulk communications of any kind.

transfer or sell any such communication or content. The contents of the Site are protected by copyright and
trademark laws.
5. Linking to the Site. To link to the Site, you must read and comply with the following. A site that links

May not imply that TheArcLink is endorsing it or its products or services.
May not misrepresent its relationship with TheArcLink.

May not contain content inappropriate for all age groups or content that could be construed is distasteful,

6. Termination of Access. TheArcLink may terminate or suspend your access to the Site for any reason.
Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activities are possible grounds for termination. TheArcLink,
employees or agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of your membership or
any claims related to the termination of your membership.

express or implied, including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular

TheArcLink makes no representation or warranty that the Site will meet your requirements, or that your use of
the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does TheArcLink make any epresentation or
warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Site, the services, information or products
obtained through or on the Site. TheArcLink will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or
incidental damages, whether foreseeable or not, known or unknown, which may result from the unavailability or
malfunction of the Site, the services, information or products obtained through or on the Site.
Any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Site is at your own discretion
and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results

linked to or from the Site. If you link to another site outside TheArcLink, you leave the Site. If you decide

implied, as to any such linked site including but not limited to any representations or warranties of the

messages or any goods or services which may be obtained from such third parties, and you agree that neither

9. Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TheArcLink and its affiliates,
representatives, officers, directors and employees from all liabilities, claims, costs and expenses, including
attorney fees, that arise out of or in connection with your use of the Site, any violation of this Terms of Use,
the infringement of any law, intellectual property or other right of any person or entity, or your posting,
downloading or transmission of any communications or materials on the Site.
10. Remedies. In the event that TheArcLink determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached any
portion of this Agreement, or have otherwise demonstrated conduct inappropriate for the Site, TheArcLink may (a)
warn you via e-mail that you have violated this Agreement; (b) delete any content provided by you or your
agent(s) to the Site, (c) terminate your registration with or access to the Site; (d) notify and/or send content
to and/or fully cooperate with the proper law enforcement authorities for further action; (e) take any other
action which TheArcLink deems appropriate, or (f) exercise any other remedy available under this Agreement, at
law or in equity. All rights are cumulative.
